What details should I include when requesting support?
Share your project reference (if assigned), preferred contact channel, and a concise description of the challenge. Screenshots or photos help us respond faster.
How do you handle verification or OTP issues?
If an OTP email or message fails, wait for the resend window or write to us with the email and number you attempted. We will validate ownership before issuing a manual override.
Can I opt out of non-essential communications?
Yes. Use the unsubscribe link in our updates or email the support desk with the subject “Opt-Out”. Operational notices for active projects may still be required.
How do you use analytics and experience tools?
We employ behaviour insights and diagnostic trackers to improve navigation, troubleshoot bugs, and understand feature adoption. These tools capture usage trends without revealing the precise identity behind specific interactions.
